浙江国祥制冷工业股份有限公司介绍 国祥制冷工业股份有限公司是同陈和贵先生（曾任台湾冷冻空调同业公会理事长，台湾中华冷冻空调学会理事长）于1963年创立的，浙江国祥制冷工业股份有限公司于1993年成立，1995年投产。总占地面积78000平方米， 建筑面积24000平方米，总投资1.6亿元人民币。地处浙江省上虞市大三角经济开发区，104、329国道及沪杭甬高速公路间，交通便利。
2003年12月30日，经国家证监会审核批准，国祥公司4000万A股股票在上海证券交易所上市，成功进军资本市场，成为国内首批A股上市的台资企业。
