Whether you join our Analyst or Associate, Full-Time or Internship Programs, you can be sure of receiving first-class training and development.
Each program has its own tailored and individual approach, but they all include a mixture of external suppliers and business line input. The businesses are involved in the design of your intensive program to make sure it equips you with the key product and soft skills to give you a great start to your selected career path.
As well as the classroom training, we provide extensive networking opportunities throughout the program to give you on-going exposure to all levels of management. You will also be supported throughout any necessary regulatory training and exams required for your business area.
And bear in mind that although the programs are challenging, we do try to make them enjoyable.
Where will you be trained and for how long?
• Full-Time Analysts join our London based programs that last for an average of 10 weeks
• Full-Time Associates join our New York based training program that lasts up to 12 weeks
Your training and development doesn’t end after your initial training. It will be supplemented with a continuous education program which will run alongside your day-to-day role to further equip you with the necessary skills for you to succeed in your career with us.
