招聘流程 The application process is designed to evaluate your fit with Standard Chartered Bank and Standard Chartered Bank''s fit with your aspirations. The full application process is outlined in the steps below.
Online registration
Here you will be asked to give basic information about yourself which will be compared to the available vacancies.
Online Talent Indicator
After successful completion of Step 1, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire designed to identify your potential as a successful Graduate associate within the Bank.
Online numerical test
After successful completion of Step 2, you will then complete a numerical test designed to test your numerical capability.
Online application form
After successful completion of Step 3, you will be asked to complete a detailed application form.
Candidate selection
We will review your complete application and develop a shortlist for interview.
Invitation to interview
If shortlisted you will be invited for an interview. The format of the interview will be communicated to you prior to the interview.
Formal offer
You will be given an offer following a successful interview.
